InputOutput.dump_xyz(phase='production')[source]#

Save the XYZ file by reading Sarkas dumps.

Parameters

  • phase (str) – Phase from which to read dumps. ‘equilibration’ or ‘production’.

  • dump_skip (int) – Interval of dumps to skip. Default = 1
