sarkas.utilities.maths.betamp(m, p, alpha, kappa)[source]#

Calculate the integral of the Yukawa Green’s function using scipy.integrate.quad().

\[\beta(p,m) = \int_0^\infty dk \, G_k^2 k^{2 (p + m + 2)}.\]

See eq.(37) in [Dharuman et al., 2017].

Parameters
  • m (int) – \(m\) index of the sum.

  • p (int) – \(p\) index of the sum

  • alpha (float) – Ewald screening parameter \(\alpha\).

  • kappa (float) – Inverse screening length.

Return type

float

Returns

intgrl (float) – The integral \(\beta(m,p)\).
